Overview

RageInject respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

RageInject does not host executor binaries, does not develop scripts, and does not claim ownership of any script or executor. Files we host are published with attribution to their original authors where known.

How to File a Takedown Notice

Submit your notice through the Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Do not use the Report button on a script page for legal notices — those reports are for content corrections, not legal claims.

Required Information

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work. Describe the work you claim has been infringed. If the work is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, include the registration number.
  2. Identification of the infringing material. Provide the exact URL on rageinject.com where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  3. Your contact information. Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Statement of good-faith belief. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Response Time

Valid DMCA notices are reviewed as a priority. RageInject will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly upon receiving a complete, valid notice.

Incomplete notices — missing required information, misdirected to the wrong channel, or sent without a signature — cannot be processed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact channel. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.
